Web prototype of the CPS 3D Form Tools questionnaire. It resolves every choice and value, then hands Ci-Configure the instruction-set groups to run.

Double-click a line (or press Open) to load its design back into the form. Only Queued lines can be changed or deleted. Tick lines (or the box in the header for all) and press Build in Configure: every line becomes one job on CADinstruct Configure, built by its Ci-Agent in Creo (SPECIAL_SHAPE_2D / FORM_TOOL_3D with the line's values); those lines become Sent. While a line is building its Status shows the live progress (Waiting, Building with %, Done or Error; hover a line for the full message), and when it is Done its files (PDF, DXF, CAM .tap) show under the status to download. Back to queued makes a Sent or Error line editable again; sending it again makes a new job. Download batch.xlsx still gives the old batch file. (Configure v1, 2026-10-30)
